This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Forjit AI's website, Android application, and all AI-powered tools (collectively, "the Service"). By accessing the Service, you agree to this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban without notice.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to all users, including:

Visitors browsing forjitai.in
Android app users (in.forjitai.app)
Any person using Forjit AI tools directly or via integrations

2. ✅ Permitted Uses

The following uses are explicitly allowed:

Generating content for personal, educational, or professional purposes
Using calculators for financial planning, health tracking, or utility purposes
Creating resumes, cover letters, lesson plans, and blog posts
Generating social media content, captions, hashtags, and marketing copy
Using AI tools for creative projects, storytelling, and brainstorming
Sharing AI-generated outputs (with credit to Forjit AI where appropriate)
Using the platform for legal business or academic purposes

3. ❌ Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action:

3.1 Illegal Activities

Using the Service to plan, facilitate, or execute any illegal activity under Indian law or international law
Generating content to commit fraud, cheating, impersonation, or financial crime
Creating phishing content, scam messages, or deceptive communications
Attempting to bypass security systems, hack accounts, or exploit vulnerabilities
Generating instructions for manufacturing illegal drugs, weapons, or explosives
Violating the Information Technology Act 2000, IT (Amendment) Act 2008, or DPDP Act 2023

3.2 Harmful Content

Generating content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages violence or self-harm
Creating suicide or self-harm instructions or encouragements
Generating threats, harassment, or intimidation against any person or group
Producing content that could endanger physical or mental health of any user

3.3 Sexual & Child Safety

Absolutely prohibited: Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM)
Non-consensual intimate content or deepfakes of real individuals
Generating sexual content intended to be shared without consent

3.4 Hate & Discrimination

Content promoting hate speech based on religion, caste, race, gender, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation
Content designed to incite communal violence or religious hatred
Discriminatory content targeting individuals or communities

3.5 Misinformation & Manipulation

Generating deliberately false news or propaganda
Creating synthetic media to deceive, defame, or manipulate public opinion
Impersonating public figures, government officials, or organizations
Using AI outputs to manipulate elections or democratic processes

3.6 Spam & System Abuse

Using the Service for mass spam generation or bulk unsolicited messaging
Automated scraping, bot usage, or reverse engineering of the Service
Attempting to overload, disable, or disrupt the Service (DDoS or similar)
Circumventing rate limits, usage restrictions, or access controls
Reselling or redistributing access to the Service without written permission

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you generate using Forjit AI. The platform provides tools — how you use the output is entirely your responsibility. Forjit AI does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for user-generated content.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years of age (or 18 for certain features)
You will comply with all applicable local and national laws
You accept full responsibility for content you create or distribute using the Service
You will not hold Forjit AI liable for any outcomes arising from your use of AI-generated content

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately:

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

Immediate restriction or suspension of access
Permanent ban from the Service
Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities
Legal action under applicable Indian laws

7. Changes to This Policy

Forjit AI reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
