1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using forjitai.in ("the Site", "Forjit AI"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and applicable Indian contract law.
2. Description of Service
Forjit AI provides:
- An AI-powered content generator (web apps, documents, planners) using third-party LLM APIs
- Free online calculators and tools (EMI, GST, income tax, BMI, etc.)
- Informational content and blog articles
The service is provided "as is" during an initial experimental phase. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice.
3. Calculator Disclaimer — Important
All calculators on Forjit AI are for estimation and educational purposes only.
Results from our EMI calculator, income tax calculator, GST calculator, SIP calculator, salary calculator, or any other financial tool are approximate estimates based on the inputs you provide and our best understanding of current rules.
Do not make financial, legal, or medical decisions solely based on results from this site.
Always verify with:
• A Chartered Accountant (CA) for tax matters
• A SEBI-registered financial advisor for investment decisions
• Your bank or lender for loan-related decisions
• A registered medical professional for health-related calculations
Forjit AI is not liable for any financial loss, tax penalties, or other damages arising from reliance on calculator results.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
Content generated by the Forjit AI generator (apps, resumes, meal plans, etc.) is produced by third-party AI models (Llama, Qwen, DeepSeek, etc.) and may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information.
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing all AI-generated content before using it professionally
- Ensuring generated resumes, documents, or applications are accurate and represent you honestly
- Not publishing AI-generated content as original human work where that would be deceptive
- Any consequences of using AI-generated code or applications
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the AI generator to create illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the site at scale
- Use automated bots or scripts to make excessive requests
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
- Impersonate other users, Forjit AI, or its operators
- Use the site in any way that violates Indian law or international law
- Attempt to inject malicious code through prompts or inputs
- Use the service to generate spam, phishing content, or malware
- Violate the terms of service of Groq, OpenRouter, or any other API provider you connect
6. API Keys and Third-Party Services
The AI generator requires you to provide your own API key from Groq, OpenRouter, or other providers. By doing so:
- You are responsible for your API key's security
- You are responsible for costs incurred on your API account
- You must comply with the terms of service of your chosen API provider
- Forjit AI stores your API key only in your browser's local storage — we never transmit it to our servers
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content
The Forjit AI name, logo, design, and original code are owned by Forjit AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.
Your Generated Content
Content you generate using the AI tools belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model provider. You grant Forjit AI no rights over content you generate.
Calculator Formulas
Mathematical formulas used in our calculators (EMI formula, compound interest, etc.) are in the public domain and not proprietary.
8. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- Forjit AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed ₹0 (the site is free to use)
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forjit AI and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of AI-generated content
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit or generate through the platform
11. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice
- Refuse access to any user who violates these Terms
- Change these Terms at any time — continued use means acceptance
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.
